Here’s where you can sign-up to serve at FBC in a variety of ways depending on your interests and skills.

How do I get involved?

Below is a menu of service opportunities. Fill out the form to sign up to serve or to get more information about any particular service opportunity.

What kind of time commitment would I be making?

Some people may only be available to serve quarterly while others may want to serve weekly. There are opportunities to serve for people with every type of schedule.

How I'd like to serve:

Ushering: Arrive by 10:30 AM – help people find seats, handle any problems or needs that present themselves, take up the offering, monitor hallways and children’s areas during the service, etc.

Greeting: Arriving at 10:30 AM assigned to a station such as the front door, the info table, or the back doors and welcoming people arriving at FBC on Sunday morning. This requires remaining at your post until about 11:00 AM.

Hospitality: Helping to set up the refreshments, make coffee, etc. and/or help clean up after the service. This requires arriving at about 10 AM to set up.

Choir or Band: If you play an instrument or sing, we’d love for you to join the team.

Tech Team: Learn how to run the sound board.

Youth or Nursery: We have roles for people who love holding babies, who enjoy teaching preschoolers, or who want to teach or assist with elementary-age kids. Persons working with kids will receive on-the-job training and a background check.
