Prelude

“Jesus Loves Me"

Arranged by G. Sewell

Organist: Robert Gardner

Yes, Jesus loves me; the Bible tells me so.

Welcome: Cassandra Ulrich

*Call to Worship: Cassandra Ulrich

Based on Psalm 63:1-8

Leader: You, God, are our God, earnestly we seek you;

People: We thirst for you, our whole being longs for you,

in a dry and parched land where there is no water.

Leader: We have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your   power and your glory.

People: Because your love is better than life, our lips will glorify you.

Leader: We will praise you as long as we live, and in your name we will lift up our hands.

People: We will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods;

Leader: With singing lips our mouths will praise you.

People: On our beds we remember you;

Leader: We think of you through the watches of the night.

People: Because you are our help, we sing in the shadow of your wings.

All: We cling to you; your right hand upholds us.

*Invocation: Cassandra Ulrich

*The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever.

Amen.
